February 20, 2019 - Goshen, NY - The February meeting of the Orange County Legislature's Rules Committee is Wednesday, February 20th, 3:30 PM, at the Orange County Government Center Legislative Committee Room, 3rd Floor.  This meeting is open to the public.

Agenda topics are as follows:
I. - Harry Porr - Acting County Executive
- Appointments to Board of Ethics and Orange County Planning Board

II. - Commissioner David Church - Commissioner of Planning
    a. Accept and appropriate funding from the New York State Climate Resiliency Grant.

    b. Accept and appropriate funding from the Federal Highway Administration as well as the Federal Transit Administration through the New York State Department of Transportation for 2019-2020 budget items.

III. - Commissioners Vandemark and Green - Board of Elections
    a. Set salary schedule for Election workers for 2019

    b. Appropriation of funds for Capital Plan Project No. 31 - Replacement of 31 Dominion ImageCast voting machines.

IV. - Legislators Bonelli and Amo
    Resolution creating the "Orange County Sewer District No. 1 Advisory Committee" - a special committee of the Orange County Legislature.
